Philadelphia are flying high after a Super Bowl victory over the Chiefs last season. They come into Week 1 as heavy favourites at home against their divisional rival. The Cowboys have already traded one of their best defensive pieces in Micah Parsons, so this could be a tough start against Jalen Hurts. Philly dominated the Cowboys last year, winning 34-6 and 41-7.<\/p>\n
In the last 4 meetings between these two sides at Lincoln Financial Field, the Over is a perfect 4-0. The last game at this venue totalled 48 pts with the Eagles scoring 41 pts. I think they easily get over the 30 point mark with all their weapons and hopefully Dak Prescott can score some pts too.<\/p>\n
The Eagles look far too strong in Week 1 and will be highly motivated in their season opener on their home turf and after winning the Super Bowl. They’ve won an incredible 16 of their last 17 games and their squad looks strong. Hurts is back at QB, Saquon Barkley at RB and the combo of A.J. Brown \/ DeVonta Smith. In this NFC East matchup, the fav has covered in 8 straight and I think the Eagles make it 9 straight.<\/p>\n
Hurts is on a streak of 4 straight games with a touchdown and is always a threat on the ground.<\/p>\n
For some extra value, Saquon Barkley to get 2+ touchdowns seems good value. He loves playing against divisional rivals, having scored 2+ touchdowns in 3 of his last 4 games against either the Cowboys, Commanders or Giants.<\/p>\n
